Events: 2021 Rushmore Rumble

Ready to Rumble?

It’s a first for Yankton, South-Dakota, as 600 archers will compete in different categories at the Rushmore Rumble this Valentine’s weekend. The event features a guaranteed prize pot of $50.000 across all divisions, including scholarships in the junior divisions!

The 2-day competition will be accepting all archers as no membership is required.Day 1 will feature a 600 Vegas round shot on the 40 cm 5-spot Vegas-style target. This round will be shot at 20 yards on a 40 cm 5-spot target. Archers may also shoot this round on a regular 40 cm 10 ring target.

For day 2 a traditional Vegas 300 round shot on the 40 cm 3-spot Vegas target is scheduled. This will be shot at 20 yards as well and archers can choose between the Vegas 3-sport or the single spot 40 cm target.



The scores of all recurve, barebow & compound archers will be added up automatically to the final stage of the World Series Online competition. Naturally, compound scores will be adjusted to regular world archery scoring.

Even a limited number of spectators are welcome at the Rushmore Rumble, while following the strict safety guidelines of course.

The name of the first-time event rolls right off the tongue and is bound to be entertaining to watch!
