2. Using the website

2.1 You acknowledge and agree that you will use this website with due diligence and accept that you are responsible and liable for any use by yourself (e.g. completing the dealer form).

2.2 You are obliged to use the website only for legitimate purposes. The information that you yourself may post on the website must be complete, correct, specific and reasonably relevant, may not contain viruses or other malware that cause technical errors or unauthorised interventions on the website or that are in any way harmful to SSA Archery and/or to (personal) data of you or other users of the website, may not be in conflict with the applicable (Belgian and European) legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter: “GDPR”) and Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, and may not infringe the rights of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. You must indemnify SSA Archery for the principal amount, interest and (court and attorney) costs against any claim in this regard.

2.4 In the event that the systems of SSA Archery, its employees, external suppliers or service providers and/or of other users or website visitors should suffer damage due to the exchange of computer viruses or other harmful files, you are solely and fully, without limit, liable with regard to SSA Archery, and you will indemnify SSA Archery in full, without limit, for the principal amount, interest, (court and attorney) costs and all other demonstrable costs against any claim from third parties (including appointees, subcontractors, third party suppliers or service providers and users of the website) who would suffer damage as a result.

2.5 SSA Archery has the right, unilaterally, and without prior notice of default, to deny you access to the website (or a part thereof) in the event that you do not comply in any way with the current terms of use, the privacy policy of SSA Archery and/or the other provisions of SSA Archery’s general terms and conditions. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

8.1 The Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with and governed by Belgian law. For any dispute that could arise regarding (the interpretation or application of) these terms of use or arising from any use of this website, only the courts of Bruges (Belgium) have jurisdiction.
