Abrasion and shocks cause significant wear of tungsten weights over time and make it necessary to find solutions capable of mitigating this deterioration while guaranteeing a high level of efficiency.

To overcome this problem, Wooooojack applies a thin layer of titanium nitride (5 µm thick) after the machining of their weights, which provides both a black appearance, but also very good technical characteristics to protect and increase the surface hardness of the weight when it is subjected to friction/abrasion/shock.
