SSA NEWS: Stock alert management

Dear client,

We have recently added a stock alert feature on our website. The purpose is to be the first to know if a product becomes available again, or if you want to have a chance to order any last remaining pieces. You can set up an alert per item in the web shop or on the stock alert management page. The stock alert management page can be found as a tab on your account page. From here you can also track all of your saved stock alerts.

You can set two different triggers and a stock threshold.

STOCK TRESHOLD

Stock treshold is the stock you set for the system to take into account. You can set a stock treshold from 1 to a maximum of 10.

ALERT WHEN <

By selecting this check box, you indicate that you want to be notified when an item's stock drops below the specified quantity. This can be useful if you want another chance to order the last pieces.

In this example, you indicate that you want to be notified when the available stock for A063845 becomes less than 10.
This gives you a chance to quickly purchase any last remaining pieces.

ALERT WHEN >=

By activating this checkbox you indicate that you want to know when the stock of an article exceeds or equals the indicated quantity. When you check this box you will be the first to know when an article becomes available again.

In this example, you indicate that you want to be notified when the available stock for A063845 is greater than or equal to 1.
This gives you the chance to be the first to know when an item becomes available again and possibly purchase it immediately.

By using the 'ADD' button, you add the alert to your list of stock alerts. Don't forget to SAVE the list once you have added an alert.
The email status indicates whether or not you have received an alert for this article.
PENDING = email not yet received
SEND = email received
